How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 1–2 business days. Metros receive orders in 2–4 business days, the rest of India in 4–7. You get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes — COD is available across most Indian pincodes. Please keep the exact amount ready; our courier partner collects payment at your door.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is FREE on all orders above ₹999. Below that, a small charge is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Our Products
My honey has crystallised — is it spoiled?
No — it is proof your honey is real and raw! Natural crystallisation happens in winter. Place the jar in warm (not boiling) water for a few minutes and it turns liquid again. Never microwave honey.
Why does the ghee texture look grainy?
That granular texture is the classic mark of genuine hand-churned bilona ghee. Pure ghee also melts in summer and re-solidifies when cool — completely normal, no additives involved.
Are your products really lab-tested?
Yes. Every batch is tested for purity before dispatch, and every jar carries its batch number, harvest date and origin. Scan the QR on your jar's story card to see its journey.
Are your products organic?
Our products are natural, forest-harvested and lab-tested. We use the word “organic” only for certified products — our certification process is underway, and we would rather be honest than fashionable.
Fair Pay & Sourcing
How does fair pay work?
We buy directly from tribal collectors and farmers at 24–32% above local market rates. Every product page shows the exact amount from your purchase that goes back to the family who gathered it.
Returns & Support
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours at hello@adivasiebazar.com with a photo or unboxing video — we send a free replacement or full refund, your choice. See our Refund Policy for details.
