Refund policy

Because our products are perishable foods, we cannot accept returns of opened items — but your trust matters more than any single order.

 

Damaged, leaking or wrong items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@adivasiebazar.com with your order number and a photo or unboxing video. We will send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

 

Quality concerns: every batch is lab-tested before dispatch. If a product is not as described, write to us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or refund after review.

 

Refund processing: approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Cash-on-delivery refunds are paid via UPI or bank transfer.

 

Cancellations: orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch.
