In the forest villages of Mandla, Baiga families make ghee the bilona way — curd churned by hand, simmered slow over wood fire. The cows graze free on forest grass. We pay above the local rate and test every batch for purity before it reaches you.

Good to know: Pure ghee melts in summer heat and re-solidifies when cool — this is normal and harmless, a sign of no additives.
