Multiflora Hill Honey

Light, floral honey from the shola grasslands of the Nilgiri hills — smooth and delicate.

High in the Nilgiris, Toda communities tend hives among the shola forests and grasslands. The result is a pale, fragrant honey that captures dozens of wildflowers in a single jar.

Good to know: Lighter honeys are milder and slower to crystallize — lovely in tea or drizzled over fruit.

🌿 Fair pay: ₹110 of this jar goes back to the Toda beekeepers (26% above market rate).
